TD not doing so well tonight
He has been mentally gone someplace else for almost 20 minutes now and is not coming out of it as fast as he usually does.
He is very confused and frightened.
I am just speaking to him calmly reminding him he is home and safe. Ali is on his lap and she is comforting him.
He is hugging her and she is snuggling into his neck purring.
The in home nurse is on her way, and my son is here.
Please say a prayer for my friend.

so sorry. Prayers. I feel so helpless to help but you stay strong. I know you will.
I guess You can't do what my grandmother did when grandpa had parkinsons spells. she's give him a little belt of whiskey and he came right back out of it - even though whiskey was against their religion, she did it to keep him alive, I do think it helped since it was so occasional. But this sounds different anyway. Grandpa's eyes would roll back and stuff.
