She is right beside him no matter where he is at today.    He is sitting on a sofa in front of the window and she is sitting behind on the window sill.

He is having a better day and his right side is still weaker than usual, but he is up and around.

I went to the Dr up county this morning, and asked care giver to come early so I could take a break at Star Bucks and I enjoyed a nice, cold ice coffee and talking to folks I knew as they came and went.

Stopped at Taco Bell and picked up some of those Doritto tacos for lunch for TD, caregiver, son and me:)  They are pretty good.

In home nurse came over last night and we got a bag packed with everything TD could possibly need if we are away from home and he cycles down.

We also signed up for medic alert bracelet he will wear all of the time, and a pager I can carry in my purse.   It is usable anywhere, even where a cell phone will not work.

I am feeling better now and he will have more freedom to hit the highway with me now with AC/DC.

When I got home, I told him after the rep. from the medic alert comes this afternoon, we are going to slip a little Angus (AC/DC) and a little Janis (Joplin), in the cd player and we are going to hit the road.

He chuckled and hung his cruising hat on the side of his walker and said, "Tonight this old man is gonna hit the road."
